Terms of Service

1) Overview

These Terms govern your access to BullMag Inc. products and services, including purchases on BullMag.com (“Site”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our accompanying policies (Privacy, Shipping, Refund & Returns).

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be of legal age to purchase. Keep your account credentials secure; you’re responsible for all activity under your account.

3) Orders, Pricing & Availability

  • We may accept, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory errors).

  • Right to cancel: BullMag reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If we cancel, we will issue a full refund of the product price and any shipping charges paid (taxes and fees refunded as required by law).

  • Prices and availability can change without notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel and refund your order.

  • Custom-engraved M02 sheath orders are final and cannot be canceled once submitted.

4) Product Use, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Throwing axes and knives are sporting equipment that require training and caution. Always follow venue rules and safety best practices.

You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with purchase, handling, transport, storage, maintenance, and use—including practices, leagues, tournaments (including duals), and demonstrations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless BullMag Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, injuries (including personal injury or death) or property damage arising from or related to your use or misuse of our products, except where caused by BullMag’s willful misconduct or where prohibited by law.

5) Warranty Summary

  • Carbon ATOMs & Carbon NUKEs: Lifetime warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship; duals competition is covered.

     

    • Exclusions: Any use outside the intended purpose of competitive throwing (e.g., chopping/felling wood, prying, striking metal or concrete, modification, abuse, improper maintenance) voids the warranty.

     

  • Hickory Handle ATOMs: 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, grain checks, drying/impact damage, and misuse are excluded.

  • For approved claims, BullMag may repair or replace the product at our discretion. Proof of purchase and photos may be required.

6) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Custom-engraved M02 sheaths are non-cancelable and non-returnable once submitted.

7) Shipping

Governed by our Shipping Policy (including M02 sheath lead times of up to 8 weeks, typically 14 days).

8) Disclaimers

Except for the express warranties stated herein, products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BullMag disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or error-free content, nor that products will meet performance expectations beyond their intended use for competitive throwing.

9) Limitation of Liability (Injury & Other Claims)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullMag Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury, bodily injury, death, or property damage arising out of or relating to the Site, products, or these Terms—whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, BullMag’s aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue (or, if the claim does not relate to a product purchase, USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability for personal injury or certain damages; where prohibited, these limitations do not apply.

10) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BullMag Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms or applicable law; (b) your misuse of the Site or products; or (c) your negligence or willful misconduct. We may assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification.

11) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (names, logos, product images, text, designs) is the property of BullMag Inc. or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

12) Compliance & Local Laws

You are responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding purchase, possession, transport, and use of axes, knives, and related equipment.

13) Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You consent to jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located within Georgia, unless otherwise required by law. You and BullMag waive jury trial to the extent permitted by law. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for IP or misuse.

14) Severability; No Waiver

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
