Shipping Policy

Processing Times

• Most in-stock items ship promptly (typically 1–3 business days).

• M02 sheaths are hand-sewn; lead time can be up to 8 weeks, though most ship within 14 days.

Carriers & Rates

• Rates and options are calculated at checkout. Expedited options may be available based on location and inventory.

Tracking

• A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to register scans.

Split Shipments

• To speed delivery, we may ship items separately at no extra cost.

Delivery Issues

• Lost/No movement: If tracking shows no updates for a prolonged period, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

• Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. Notify us within 7 days so we can assist.

• Damage on arrival: Photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 7 days.

 

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

• We can update addresses before shipment; after shipment, carrier reroute policies apply.

• Packages returned as undeliverable may be reshipped (additional postage may apply).

 

International Shipping (if offered)

 

• Recipient is responsible for any customs, duties, VAT, and import fees. Customs delays are outside our control.
